BIRD INQUIRIES AND PURCHASES

As our birds are in high demand this season, we thought we'd just let you know how to go about bringing home a baby bird from us. We understand that the way we sell birds is a little confusing, so please bear with us!

We send all the people who have signed up to the priority list (below) an email when baby birds have their DNA results back and are available for deposits. This email will include things like photos of the baby, the bird's sex and a bit about its personality. The first person to respond to the email and put a non-refundable deposit on each baby will be its new owner! If the babies do not sell through the priority list after a few days, we will then let the general public know through Instagram, Facebook and our website.

This does unfortunately mean that we usually require you to place a deposit on a baby bird before visiting/viewing it. As much as this is a real pain, and we fully understand why you'd want to visit, we have incredibly busy schedules (having each person who considers buying a baby bird come and visit takes a lot of our time given bird breeding is only a hobby) and COVID-19 is currently a huge consideration. To account for this, we're happy to send as many photos and videos of the babies as you'd like so you can see them as much as possible before placing a deposit.

If you tick "I want to be on the priority list" when inquiring about our birds below, you will receive a confirmation message when we respond to check that you are still would to be put on our priority list.

Please only go on our priority list if you are seriously interested in a baby bird this season.

If this doesn't make sense, just send us an email and we'll try our best to explain further!

Would you like to go on our priority list?

Thanks for your inquiry! We'll reply as soon as possible.
